📦 Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Exchange:

• Exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

• The item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • With all original tags intact

  • In its original packaging

  • Not part of a sale or discounted item

📏 Reasons Allowed for Exchange:

• Wrong item delivered

• Size issue

• Product received in damaged condition

🔄 Exchange Process:

• If you are looking to exchange for a different size or style, a flat fee of INR 149 will be charged for reverse pickup and reshipping.

• Pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner after your exchange request is approved.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Sale items or discounted products

• Jewelry and accessories

• Products the customer simply “did not like”

• Minor color or texture variations due to photography, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of the product

❌ Refund Policy:

We do not offer any refunds for returned items. Only eligible exchanges will be processed as per the terms above.

🚫 Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.

• If the order has already been shipped, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

• No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
